English course for teachers in Padua

In November 2024, a small group of teachers (Prof. Ester Keiler, Prof. Walburga Stenitzer and Prof. Gudrun Thaler) participated in a 5-day Level 2 English course in Padua, Italy, organized through Erasmus+.

Led by the engaging and experienced Charlie, a native English speaker from London, the course provided personalized instruction in a relaxed setting. Lessons focused on vocabulary, Business English, grammar, and everyday conversational skills. The interactive approach made learning enjoyable and effective.

The course also featured a cultural program, allowing participants to experience Padua’s rich history, including visits to the Scrovegni Chapel and the Botanical Garden.
This immersive experience not only boosted language skills but also built confidence for teaching complex English concepts. Participants left with stronger communication abilities and fond memories, making it an ideal course for those wanting to improve English in a vibrant cultural setting.
